Q.

I have 2months baby and I am breast feeding my baby and it's a cesarean delivery.can I eat ghee?can I eat fruits ?what are the foods that should be avoided?

A. yes, you can eat ghee n fruits.. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products,Processed food

You Can I have a good amount of fact you can have a good amount of fruits you just need to avoid heavy food like refined flour Choli Rajma mutton all the things which are heavy for you to digest which all you know which is going to take time to digest and can cause gas issues you should just avoid that kind of food
