Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. yes dear you can have daily without worrying also do check if bahy is not having motion changes . you can have all types kf food during breast feeding post 45 days so that baby will get adjust of all foods and his digestive system adapt same
