have good proteins in diet, variety of vegetables and fresh fruit and hydrate yourself well

It is not advisable to eat pizza as it is made of maida high in salt. you can eat dry fruits with honey. Also eat eggs and chicken and take chicken soup. You can also take vegetables soup. Please take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds on daily basis. Please eat iron and calcium rich food items and avoid maida or oily or outside food items. Continue with the supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist. Thanks and take care
