can I eat egg,chiken after c-section

A. no problem you can eat the food if you are taking them previously Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

A. as this things are little bit difficult for digestion it is advised not to eat it for minimum 3 to 4 months because it might make you constipated which will not be good for your stitches after C section after completion of 324 months we can have it and if your breastfeeding mum then better have it Spice free
