can I eat custard apple after cesarean

A. yes, you can eat custard Apple. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. good morning yes you can of seasonal fruits after cesarean there is absolutely no problem but it should be consumed only in limited quantities because it can cause a little difficulty in digestion
