can I eat curd does it effect breast feeding baby

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes it s absolutely fine to have curds while you are breast-feeding your baby which is not a problem and curds is infact good only and is safe too.. you can have but make sure to have fresh curds and avoid spur curds or cold curds which is not a good option
