can I eat cows first milk during breastfeeding..is it safe for baby and mother?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 weeks agoA. dear mum , it is better to avoid cows first milk or colostrum as it will not be pasteurized so if there are any disease causing microorganisms then it can be harmful

Do you have a specific purpose to have cows First milk in the morning or it generally you are asking because having any kind of dairy products during the time of lactation is not a problem so if you have a particular reason then you can check with the Dr but in general er it should not be a problem
