can i eat chocolate if my baby is breatfeeding ??

you can eat chocolate but make sure to eat in moderation as it contains theobromine & caffeine which can cause gas.,,, & irritation.
avoid coffee/ tea/ chocolates till the time baby is exclusively Breastfeeding
