My baby is 3 months 16 days old. I use to feed him my milk. If I eat chocolate does it affect baby and is it good to consume chocolate while feeding baby

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Yes. Although only tiny amounts of caffeine are naturally present in chocolate, more can be added. Chocolate contains theobromine. Because theobromine is a stimulant, it could, in theory, cause the breastfed infant to be wakeful and fussy.
