ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Better avoid til six months. eat protein and fibre rich diet. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have sunbath every morning

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. U Should avoid it for the timing because it is going to be very heavy for you to digest which is Bhai mutton and beer would not be a good idea to have it you can have chicken and fish if you want to egg also you can have but avoid eating anything heavy
