can I drink plain water after normal delivery my mom and mother in law are not allowing me I m feeling dehydration

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. no there is no restriction with how much water you drink and it is absolutely fine to have water as much as you want and in older generation they were not allowing may be your parents or in laws of following the same but medically proven it is absolutely fine to take water
