can I do small excercises after6 months of c-section like cycling, walking for 30 mins. please give me suggestions for weight loss

A. hi mom yes gradaully start start for 10 to 15 mins then increase time as per comfort level walk and cycling is fine have good proteins from foods and limit ghee , cheese , butter, fried or sweets
