Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom, don't get back to your normal routine till completion of first 3 months... this much time your body will take to recover from pregnancy and delivery.. follow hindi diet nutritious diet routine and keep exclusively breastfeeding your child
