Can I add pinch of baby rub into hot water to get steam for 6 month baby

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Yes you can add it even you can apply Vick’s baby rub on chest and back of the baby and fur blocked nose you can put few drops of eucalyptus oil close to pillow of the baby abd keep head little elevated while sleeping

Yes Yes absolutely that’s one of the best things that you can go ahead with so yes you can give it to the child two times in a day for 10 minutes each and you can add vicks into the water that’s absolutely fine that’s in fact a very good idea like I said it’s going to be good enough
