Can breastfeeding mother take antidepressants

A. while breastfeeding sach medicines are not advisable but if you are taking the medicine you have to shift the baby from breastfeeding to formula milk so it is better to discuss with your doctor regarding this

A. Absolutely if you have an issue you can take them but after that will you be able to feed or not that only or Dr can tell you because they’re very heavy medicines and they do have a lot of steroids into it which is why it is mostly not recommended to continue feeding the child if the mother is on anti-Write Your Answer Here
