Yes u can take anything which u like except extreme spicy and extreme sweet food items
Take proper balanced diet
You should require 550 kcal more than normal non lactating mother
Hence take all types of food item eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also.
Eat all green vegetables in diet
Drink plenty of water
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and in my opinion and experience you can have the seasonal vegetables and fruits and still ladyfinger is not a seasonal vegetables and it comes after April. so you can wait and eat in April.
