Q.
Can i eat egg daily.. I mean both yolk and white part.. I have 2 months old baby.. Does it causes gas problem to my baby as im breastfeeding him

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No it will not cause gas and yes you can eat egg daily and if you are trying to reduce weight and want to eat more healthy then have only egg white which contains more protein

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes ypu can have egg which is not a problem and you can have in small quantity but on your consumption if you notice and discomfort in babies then it is better to avoid the consumption else it is absolutely fine to have and not a problem
