can breastfeeding mom eat chocolates does it really affects baby's health

A. hi mom sometimes you may have have 1 to 2 piece can have dark chocolate or khajur if you crave for sweets have good proteins, vegetables, fresh fruits and hydrate well

Well actually you can eat whatever you want to eat no problem you can have junk food you can have chocolate you can have ice cream whatever makes you happy you can have these things but in moderation anyways don’t eat junk food in general it’s not in our habit to eat it every day if you eat junk or chocolate occasionally there is no problem that has got no connection with the health of your child
