can baby eat oats at 7 months

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello.mom.yes you can give it to the baby, as far as the baby is used to some solids then you can definetly give it to the baby , prefer to buy plain non flavoured oats , and add in your own natural flavours to it.

after a year of age she cna be given the sake as it has lots of fibers
for now she can be given soips and probiotics, meshed vegetabls and fruits, khichdi upma sheera porridge daliya etc
please start with small quantity
