Q.
can anyone suggest my 3.5 yrs sone was vomitting since morning... whatever he is having even if it's a water also he s vomitting... what I should do

give food, water half hour ofter giving medicine. give plenty of fluids, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
