can anyone help me with diet chart after normal delivery

A. Hi mom ,you can have all freshly prepared homemade food only avoid eating too much spicy foods. Include all kind of cereals,pulses legumes , green leafy vegetables, dry fruits , fruits specially pappya which is less in calories and helps in increasing breast milk. Drink adequate water and stay hydrated.
