A. hi according to advice of many pediatricians and gynecologists it is good to take it. while on other side , government of India is not recommending it for nursing mothers. but there are good numbers of studies which Suggest that lactating mothers can take this. so decision is yours. personally I advise you to visit your gynecologist for once.
