can a Breast feeding mom have lemon juice

A. yes, in moderate amount she can have it. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. yes you can have lemon.. there may be acidity issue taking lemon.. so take care.. as after delivery there will be digestive issue keep your well hydrated..
