spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.
And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

there may be acidity issue taking lemon..
so take care..
as after delivery there will be digestive issue
keep your well hydrated..
