Q.

Can a 3 year old lack empathy? My daughter laughs when she sees her playgroup kids crying. While playing she takes away other kids toys nd when they cry she laughs. How does empathy come to toddlers?

A. Baby yes only 3 years of it It is too early to expect from such a small baby empathy since baby will be laughing not from the near related crying
