calcium tablet har din khana chahiye na?

A. yes, you should take it every day. take green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, dals. Plus iron, calcium is important supplement in pregnancy.

A. hi it should be taken as per your doctor's prescription please avoid self medication. take Healthy and nutritious diet. take calcium rich food like Ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more. avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day which is best for Vitamin D
