It will be good if you start with a good calcium supplement plus make sure that you are providing calcium which tired where you can give dry fruits you can give rajma you can give oats there so many things which are highly rich in calcium to be given so if you want you can also take a detailed diet understanding of what kind of calcium should you offer to the child
