in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six months to eight months to heal properly so be very careful about your health

yes if you feel comfortable ,I mean you don't feel pain ,or straining at stitches then you can .
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
