you can wear abdominal belt. you can wear whole day except sleep and meal time.
eat protein rich diet stay hydrated . . .

U Can you start using it any time when you are comfortable and you can use it for 12:15 hours depending upon your comfort also I would like to tell you that if you think that it is going to help you in reduction of your tummy that it is not for that it is just going to keep it in place so that it just not become more saggy
