Roti You can eat from the very beginning of your delivery there is no restriction on eating roti I do not know how you been surviving or surviving for this long without eating a roti you can have proper routine in a day on a regular basis otherwise if you want you can consult your dietician from the hospital at self you will advise the right diet plan after C-section
