c section delivery ko 1 month 12 days hue h...but constipation h...water intake 3 liters h daily..kayam tablet leti hu daily...any solution

A. hello have fibre rich food in the diet n include fruits aswell and see if still the same better to check ur doctor for the fibre supplement that can help u get releif from constipation problem
