Hello mam mujh gastric problem ho rhi h after 2nd(c-section)delivery. Mujh 3 months ka baby h, chest k beach m pain feel Hota h all time. Dr ko dikhaya tha tablet leti hu to theek ho Jaata h per me Daily tablet ni lena Chati. Mam koi solution h kya jo y problem permanent teek ho Jaye natural way se plzz help me

A. jyadatar yah Dard pet mein acidity aur gas ke Karan hota hai isliye behtar rahega ki aap halka khana khaea aur Aisa khana khaea jisse acidity Na Ho aur Pani pijiye aur simple regular walk kijiye
