Yes you can run but it is actually important for you to maintain a minimum time of 8 to 10 weeks after that you can go ahead with that because of the stitches whether it is a normal delivery or C-section delivery take time and also it is going to be more comfortable for a woman to try for the relationship after only completing the time of 8 to 10 weeks
