breastfeeding through pump express has reduced from 100 ml to 30 ml.. why it has decreased so much. I am very much stressed.

Hello mom dont be stressed as now what ever you consume , orally , mentally , emotionally has its direct effect on the feed. all days arent same , at times naturally the milk production reduces . you may massage your breast well after every feed, also you may have foods such as garlic , flax seeds , fenugreek , drumstick leaves , jeera , ajwain or saunf water , dry fruits , panjri , milk etc
