Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely.
Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding.
Distract your toddler.
Stopping gradually will also help prevent problems like overfull, hard (engorged) breasts and mastitis.
Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Avoid sleeping together empty stomach. Give good healthy food, take help of your partner while feeding with top up milk before sleep or when demands feed. You can put some bitter food there so that baby self wont take the feed
