Shatavari powder you can take three times in the day with formal you can even check with your doctor for a good lactation supplement second I’m going to advise you to start using a good nipple shield like Babyhug which will help in giving directly latching faculty to the child women with the inverted nipples can successfully feed the child directly with a nipple sheet
