Q.
Breast milk is not sufficient for my baby who is 2 month 11 days as I had Cesarean. Can I have any medication to increase breast milk? My baby puts his whole fist inside his mouth all the time what could be the reason? Initially we thought he is putting when he is hungry but even after feeding he is not removing fist from mouth.

Ritika ChoudharyMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello Mommy, this is very normal . Putting fist means that baby has started doing hand movements and you need not to worry about feed for this reason. And in order to increase breast milk you can have ajwain and jeera water and also saboodana kheer is very good, plus you can take lactation granuals as well.
