A. Best way to boost immunity in kids is to give fresh, home cooked food and avoid fried and packaged foods. Include citrus fruits and vegetables like orange, mausambi, kiwi, figs, green leafy vegetables, tomato, broccoli, guava, avocado, carrot, etc. in juice, puree, milk shakes, soup or whole form. Keep the surroundings clean and maintain personal hygiene.
