before two months I have got my delivery .I got caesarian And now I got severe Back pain please suggest me some ideas to reduce it

A. Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
