give all family food..
Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.
No biscuits and other packaged and processed foods. They are just loaded with sugar and not healthy.
Work around the baby's schedule based on family meal time.
Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used.
Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Yes But instead of giving boost to the child you should try to work upon giving it a proper and like a proper salad kind of a thing to the child juices are not a very healthy option to go for which is why we always say try to give these things wrote to the child that is going to be much healthier than juices
