ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. juice are good after 7 month. give beet root puree. Baby food must be soft, properly cooked and easy to chew. Start with a very small quantity and slowly increas the quantity

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. you can start with Semi solid diet which is very light and easy to digest you can start with moong ki daal ka pani dal rice Suji ki Kheer custard porridge mashed potatoes mashed fruits avoid giving lots of juices it can cause gas guve beetroot in Limited quantity if child digest it well u can continue
