A. Hello good morning !! During the Teething phase babies have hard,swollen gums,itchy gums due to which they will be cranky,rejects the feed,motions are few symptoms. Use teethers or soother,breast feed helps in easing gum pain. Maintain baby things,surrounding clean to avoid infection as they constantly keep hands,toys and things into their mouth,try to stop the babies to keep things into the mouth.
