baby us 4.5 month and I had already given to him fruit ..so it is harmful..??

Aditi BhattMom of a 8 yr 5 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi mom, It's actually not good for baby's digestive system. It's still evolving hence doctors and peadiatrican's suggest to guve only breastmilk fot 6 months. Breastmilk is completely absorbed in baby's body and hence its nutrition reached baby's body properly.
