In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a propyer examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consultu your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite common during teething process and please give baby bc21 homeopathy medicine for better teething process and also apply Luke warm mustard oil on baby chest and massage gently.
