Baby is puking everything she eats since yesterday. Not sure of the reason. Need help

Yes Indigestion or stomach upset things can lead to vomiting for kids quite a lot of times but in this case since we are not sure about the reason which cannot be figured out without a proper physical assessment so you need to check with your doctor one day
