Q.

baby is not gaining weight despite proper feeding. she is very active and otherwise healthy. urine and motion normal. she tends to spit up a lot after rolling over. what can I do to increase her weight ?

A. if child is not gaining proper weight you need to consult your doctor to rule out the cause and most of the time it could be because of nutritional deficienciehiis like nutritional anemia and some other factors like malabsorption any chronic disease like congenital heart disease or some chronic infection specially urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required h.

A. That sounds very good but sometimes the breastfeed that you gave is not enough for total weight gain so you should start giving formula feeding as well to the child that is going to be much beneficial for overall weight gain and growth of your child
