Baby is getting tiny white bumps on his face and around mouth more.Please help me what to apply to get rid of it.Attached the picture

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it nee byds proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
