Q.

Baby is almost 15 months old, walks by taking support, climbs up the bed / sofa on his own, but doesn't walk independently. He just doesn't want to walk and sits and crawls immediately if we try to make him walk. He weighs approx 10 kg. is this normal?

A. Don't worry he will walk on its own independently. encourage your baby to walk small steps, don't force. it should be fun for him instead of scaring.

A. Maam you have to know this that the child should learn to work independently by the time of 17 months otherwise it is considered a delay currently looking at what you were mentioning in your quality seems like your child is scared of falling down you need to encourage your child and start with vitamin D and calcium supplement for the time being
