A. Hi mommy As baby is six months old Give some liquid food fruits vegetables juice Start simple. Offer single-ingredient foods that contain no sugar or salt. Wait three to five days between each new food to see if your baby has a reaction, such as diarrhea, a rash or vomiting. After introducing single-ingredient foods, you can offer them in combination

A. Hey, kids take time to get used to certain food..Always follow 3 days rule that means offer one.good item for 3 days and see how the baby is reacting. If there are rashes on body,, loose motions etc then you can stop instantly as these could be sign of allergy. Else it's fine. Also, as the baby is just 6 months old- start with mashed banana, steamed and mashed apple, dal soup and then gradually switch to veggies. There may be a change in consistency and frequency of poop. Also, I am assuming that you are breastfeeding. So, continue with that. Breast milk is the major source of nutrition. In case you are unable to breastfeed, you can consult the doc and start with formula like Aptamil Gold stage 2 which has prebiotics and can help in keeping the gut healthy and which helps in dealing with stomach related issues like constipation, loose motions, colic etc.
