Q.

baby is 4 months old. gets awake due to irritation by stuffy nose and since winters have started. what can be done for this

A. for nasal blockage as well as cough and cold you can give nasal saline drops of any brand and it can be given again and again that is can be repeated every three hourly. it is salt water so does not have any side effects. can give indirect steam inhalation . anti-cold medicxines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation. continue regular diet of the child to keep the child well hydrated and try to prevent temperature variations around the child x
