Q.
Baby is 2 months old and while burping she vomit milk. Is it spit up or vomit. Should I give her any medicine of vomit or is it spit up. Whats the difference between spit up and vomit as spit ups re normal but vomit not. Pls suggest

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, spitting is taking out a little bit of milk and vomiting is taking out slightly more quantity. spitting and vomiting are common among babies in spite of burping. continue to burp preferably in sitting position. keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of vomit.
